Every release between your label and your artists, in one panel.

Artists submit singles, EPs and albums through the panel. You review, request changes, approve and mark them live. Each step emails the right person automatically.

For independent labels, distribution companies and producers who manage an artist catalogue.

What is in the panel

Release submission form

Singles, EPs and albums. 3000x3000 JPG cover, WAV files, language and genre, lyricist, composer, arranger, explicit flag, ISRC, UPC, C and P lines, lyrics. Files upload as soon as they are picked, so nothing has to be chosen twice if the form needs fixing.

Document management

Upload your consent form templates and choose which are required. Artists send the signed copies with the release, and releases missing a document are flagged in your list. You can also share your contract with an artist and collect the signed copy in the panel.

Status history

Every change is kept: who moved the release to which status, when, and with what note. Label and artist see the same history.

Manual earnings

No report uploads. Pick the month and type each artist's amount. The artist gets an email and sees past months in their panel.

Login access

Give artists panel access, send a password link or turn access off. Upload releases yourself for artists without a login.

Messages and announcements

Talk to an artist about a release, or send one announcement to all your artists.

Two languages

Panel and emails in Turkish and English. Each artist gets emails in their own language.

Private files

Covers, WAVs and documents never sit at a public address. Only your label and the artist involved can open them.

Allowance tracking

See how much of your plan you use at any time. When it is full, new submissions stop and you get an email.

Plans by track allowance, no limit on artists

How do I pass earnings to artists?

Each month you enter the amount per artist. The artist is emailed right away, and past months stay in their panel.
